Keto Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese, cut into 1/2 in squares
  • 1 packet low carb ranch mix
  • 3/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 420ºF.
  • Cook chicken breasts on med-high heat until cooked. Set aside and let cool, then chop.
  • Add chicken breast pieces, cream cheese squares, ranch mix, 3/4 c. buffalo sauce and half of cheddar cheese to cast-iron skillet or baking pan. Mix.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve with your favorite low-carb fathead bread, zucchini fries or peppers.
