- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 6 pieces crispy bacon, chopped
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 tsp erythritol, powdered
- 1 tbsp bourbon
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 slices swiss cheese
Heat butter on medium heat in pan with onions to caramelize. Meanwhile, cook burger patties to your desired wellness.
Add pre-cooked bacon bits, bourbon, erythritol, bourbon and onions to skillet.
Add Swiss cheese to burgers as they are cooked to your liking. Serve with bourbon & bacon sauce on top.
