Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pack taco seasoning
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 8 oz can tomatoes and chilies
  • 1/4 cup scallions, optional

Instructions

  • First, boil chicken in 6 cups of water.
  • Next, remove chicken and shred, reserving the water.
  • Add shredded chicken back to pot along with all other ingredients. Stir occasionally on low until cream cheese is fully incorporated.
