Ingredients

  • 10 oz package baby bella mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp real bacon bits
  • 6 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Colby or cheddar jack cheese, shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash mushrooms and remove stems, leaving cap exposed.
  • Heat cream cheese in microwave for 30 seconds to soften.
  • Mix in bacon bits and Colby jack cheese. Use a spoon to fill mushroom caps. Top with a bit extra Colby jack cheese.
  • Bake 20-25 minutes or until cheese is golden on top.
