- 10 oz package baby bella mushrooms
- 2 tbsp real bacon bits
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Colby or cheddar jack cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash mushrooms and remove stems, leaving cap exposed.
Heat cream cheese in microwave for 30 seconds to soften.
Mix in bacon bits and Colby jack cheese. Use a spoon to fill mushroom caps. Top with a bit extra Colby jack cheese.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until cheese is golden on top.
