Ingredients

  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your preference)
  • 1 tbsp bacon bits
  • 2 tbsp pickled jalapeños
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing

Instructions

Cheese Roll-ups

  • Heat frying pan on medium high heat for 3-4 minutes
  • Add cheddar cheese scattered thinly around the pan. Add a tsp or two of bacon bits on top.
  • Fry for about 3-4 minutes, or until the edged begin to brown
  • With a flexible spatula, gently peel up a corner of the cheese and roll it up

Jalapeño Ranch Dip

  • Chop jalapeños and add to ranch dressing. Smash jalapeños for more flavor prior to adding.
