  • Add all ingredients to pressure cooker/ Instant Pot. ***Note: If using LEFTOVER turkey, set aside and add after pressure cooking the other ingredients.

  • Cook at high pressure for 3 minutes.

  • Natural release for at least 10 minutes, then vent.

Leftover turkey should be added after the other ingredients have pressure cooked, since it has already been pre-cooked. 
Soup should be stored in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. 
Freeze in a zippered bag for up to 3 months.
