Street Style Cauliflower (Air Fryer)
This easy air fryer street style cauliflower is inspired by Mexican street corn with chili, lime, cream and cojita. Low carb + delicious!

Sauce
- ½ cup mayo
- ½ cup Mexican cream or sour cream
- ½ tsp lime juice
Toppings
- ½ cup cilantro chopped
- ½ tsp ground chili powder
- 1 lime sliced
- ½ cup cojita cheese or queso fresco
Cut the cauliflower into florets. In a large bowl toss the cauliflower florets with oil and seasoning.
Place in the air fryer basket. Set to 375°
Air fry for 15 minutes. Stir once or twice during the frying time.
Mix the mayonnaise, cream and lime juice together.
Remove cauliflower from the air fryer and place on the serving plate
Drizzle with the cream sauce, sprinkle with chili powder.
Squeeze a lime over the cauliflower and top with queso fresco or cotija cheese and cilantro.

- be sure to toss in oil and seasoning before frying
Storage
- Will keep refrigerated in an airtight container or sealed with cling wrap for up to 7 days.
- Will also freeze well for up to 3 months. To thaw, place in the refrigerator overnight.

- Reheat on the stove top or in a microwave safe dish.
