Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 lb radishes sliced (about 1/4 in. thick)
  • 1/3 c cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/4 c bacon bits
  • 1 tsp low-carb ranch dressing optional
  • 1 tsp parsley optional, garnish

Instructions

  • Heat butter on med-high heat in skillet. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 420 degrees F.
  • Slice radishes using a mandoline slicer and add to skillet.

  • fry for approximately 8 minutes (or until softened)
    frying radishes in butter
  • bake radishes with cheese and bacon bits for approximately 5-8 minutes
  • remove and add parsley and ranch, if desired
