Bacon Jalapeño Cheese Chaffle

This bacon jalapeño cheese chaffle is easy to make right in the mini waffle maker. Crisp and delicious, the perfect keto chaffle appetizer or snack for dipping in ranch.

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar or Monterrey Jack cheese
  • 4 jalapeño slices pickled and patted dry
  • 1 tsp bacon bits
  • 1 tbsp ranch dressing optional, for dipping


  • Preheat mini waffle maker.
  • Spray with nonstick cooking spray
  • Add half the cheese to the waffle maker, then bacon bits, then jalapeño slices.
  • Layer with remaining cheese and close.
  • Be sure not to open for at least 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese is begin to crisp over.
