Keto Breadcrumbs

Keep these keto bread crumbs on hand for pan-frying, air frying and baking. A delicious breading for seafood, meat, chicken, veggies and more!

Instructions

  • Add parmesan, almond flour, salt and pepper to a bowl.
  • Add in other optional ingredients. Stir with a fork.
  • Store in an air-tight container for up to a week in the refrigerator.

Notes

Recipe Notes:
Freeze ahead large batches in an air-tight zippered bag for up to 6 months.
 
For frying/air frying/ baking use:
To make a batter for frying, you'll need
1.) keto bread crumbs and 2.) egg batter. To make the egg batter, add 2 eggs with 1/3 c. heavy whipping cream or half and half.
Simply dredge pieces of meat/veggie in the dairy batter, then the crumbs.
I recommend using tongs, as to not get clumpy hands in the process.
