- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your preference)
- 1 tbsp bacon bits
- 2 tbsp pickled jalapeños
- ¼ cup ranch dressing
Cheese Roll-ups
Heat frying pan on medium high heat for 3-4 minutes
Add cheddar cheese scattered thinly around the pan. Add a tsp or two of bacon bits on top.
Fry for about 3-4 minutes, or until the edged begin to brown
With a flexible spatula, gently peel up a corner of the cheese and roll it up
