What is the best sauce for keto cheese roll-ups?

How do I make keto bacon cheese roll-ups?
There's one simple trick for getting the perfect cheese roll-up. Every time.
To Begin, use a non-stick pan and heat on med-high for a few minutes before adding the cheese. There's no need to spray your pan with cooking spray, since most shredded cheeses will peel right away.
Next, add a thin layer of cheese around the pan and sprinkle bacon bits on top.
Then, continue to fry for about 3-4 minutes, until the edges begin to brown.
Finally, make sure the cheese is golden or darker when you peel it up with your spatula.

Can I freeze keto cheese roll-ups?
I don't recommend freezing them, but they will keep in an air-tight container for a few days. Even so, these are the perfect keto finger food for when you're on the go.
