Keto frozen fat bombs with cream cheese
In my search of low-carb/keto-friendly ice creams, I have found there’s not many options out there. I whipped up these delicious berry fat bombs last summer and ended up eating 3 the first day. It’s ok though, they’re really low in carbs and I needed a sweet fix. How can I make berry fat bombs?
These frozen berry fat bombs are super easy to make and freeze really well for at least a week.
I recommend either using a popsicle mold or re-usable silicone cupcake molds. Just make sure you’re covering them to keep out the freezer burn, just like regular ice cream. If you use popsicle molds, they will keep more air out and the natural flavors in. I like to use silicone muffin cups because they’re easy to peel off and clean.

Frozen Berrylicious Fat Bombs
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered erythritol
- 1 cup mixed berries
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Blend. Freeze in silicone muffin cups/tiny bowls/popsicle cups.
