This recipe is inspired by my favorite Mexican-style street corn recipe, made in the air fryer. These days, I use my air fryer for everything from pizza cauliflower to turkey breast.

Ingredients
- Cauliflower florets – I cut up 1 large head of cauliflower, but you can buy a couple bags of precut if you want it to be faster
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Chili powder
- Garlic powder
- Mayo
- Mexican Cream or sour cream
- Cilantro
- Chili powder
- Lime
- Queso Fresco or Cotija Cheese
How to make street style cauliflower
This recipe is so easy it practically makes itself! Pre-heat the air fryer to get a more even cook.
- Cut the cauliflower into florets. In a large bowl toss the cauliflower florets with oil and seasoning.
- Place in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 15 minutes. Stir once or twice during the frying time.
- Mix the sauce together.
- Remove cauliflower from the air fryer and place on the serving plate
- Drizzle with the cream sauce, sprinkle with chili powder.
- Squeeze a lime over the cauliflower and top with queso fresco or cotija cheese and cilantro.
Tips:
- Preheat the airfryer for 3 minutes to help with the crisping and cook time.
- To make this a vegan recipe substitute the mayonnaise and mexican cream for vegan mayonnaise, sour cream, and cheese.
Storage:
- Will keep refrigerated in an airtight container or sealed with cling wrap for up to 7 days.
- Will also freeze well for up to 3 months. To thaw, place in the refrigerator overnight. Reheat on the stove top or in a microwave safe dish.

- 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp chili powder
Sauce
- ½ cup mayo
- ½ cup Mexican cream or sour cream
- ½ tsp lime juice
Toppings
- ½ cup cilantro chopped
- ½ tsp ground chili powder
- 1 lime sliced
- ½ cup cojita cheese or queso fresco
Instructions
- Cut the cauliflower into florets. In a large bowl toss the cauliflower florets with oil and seasoning.
- Place in the air fryer basket. Set to 375°
- Air fry for 15 minutes. Stir once or twice during the frying time.
- Mix the mayonnaise, cream and lime juice together.
- Remove cauliflower from the air fryer and place on the serving plate

- Squeeze a lime over the cauliflower and top with queso fresco or cotija cheese and cilantro.
