Recipe Tips for turkey breast tenderloin

  • When it comes to turkeys I always suggest checking the temperature with a meat thermometer. Make sure the thermometer is inserted in the middle of the meat & not touching any bone.
  • This recipe will work for any air fryer. Just make sure the turkey breast you choose will fit into your air fryer. Additionally if you choose a very small one that fits in the Air Fryer basket use that.
  • If you have a larger one similar to this you can use the air fryer pot or base dish, placing the turkey directly in that.  This turkey breast was about seven pounds.

Notes:
This recipe will work for any air fryer.
Just make sure the turkey breast you choose will fit into your air fryer. Additionally if you choose a very small one that fits in the Air Fryer basket use that. If you have a larger one similar to this you can use the air fryer pot or base dish, placing the turkey directly in that.
This turkey breast was about seven pounds. It would not fit in my basket but, fit perfectly in the base dish. This was made in the Ninja Foodi 5-in-1 Air Fryer /Indoor Grill (Rectangular base). I have also made this in the Ninja Foodi 9-in-1 Pressure Cooker/ Air Fryer (Round Pot). So again it just goes back to selecting a turkey breast that will fit in your personal air fryer and then of course making sure it cooks to the correct temperature.

When it comes to turkeys I always suggest checking the temperature with a meat thermometer.
Make sure the thermometer is inserted in the middle of the meat & not touching any bone.
Leftovers
Freeze leftovers in an air-tight zippered bag for up to 3 months.
