Keto Cajun Seafood Foil Packs

The inspiration for these easy keto seafood foil packs came to me after visiting one of my favorite restaurants in Kentucky, the Seafood Lady. There’s nothing better than cajun seafood. I love these buttery cajun foils because clean up is too easy.

This keto-friendly Buttery Cajun Seafood Foils are made with cajun seasonings, shrimp, crab, crawfish, asparagus and zucchini for a perfect seafood bake.

A cajun-inspired shrimp and crab foil so good you’ll think you’re in New Orleans.

This easy recipe is made with the following ingredients:

Prep foil.

Add in veggies, seafood and seasoning.

Close and bake.

Grill until shrimp is pink and ready, about 15-20 minutes on med-high heat.

However, if you use pre-cooked, add it into the foil packs during the last 5-7 minutes of cooking. Otherwise, it will get overcooked and become too rubbery in texture.

I recommend cooking for 22-25 minutes if using fresh seafood.

BEST SIDES FOR SEAFOOD Instead of potatoes, I use the following for a keto friendly seafood foil – spaghetti squash chopped into 1-inch cubes. – asparagus or a healthy, green veggie (like broccoli or zucchini)

SUBSTITUTIONS – Andouille, smoked, or summer sausage may be used – snow crab, lobster tail or king crab are suitable – crawfish, clams or shrimp make great additions – cajun seasoning may be swapped for lemon pepper, garlic and smoked paprika
