To make baked wings, you’ll want to use an oven rack as to drain most of the juices and not boil the chicken. 

Coat the cooking rack with non-stick cooking spray and bake at 400°F flipping halfway through.

I prefer seasoning my wings halfway through the cooking time if I’m using a dry rub such as lemon pepper, adobo or cajun seasoning.

If you’re doing a sticky wing sauce, wait until after air frying and add sauce while they are cooling off. 

What’s the best way to reheat chicken wings? 

Place in the oven to reheat at 350°F for 5-10 minutes, or until crispy.

What can I substitute for wings? 

If you do not have wings you can substitute for chicken thighs or chicken tenders.

  • Place wings in one layer and air fry for approximately 32-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
