Can I air fry chicken thighs from frozen?

Yes, air frying chicken from frozen is effortless.

After a few minutes in the air fryer, I do recommend removing them and chopping them into smaller pieces, and adding your seasonings at that time.

This will allow them to cook more evenly and allow for the juicy flavors to get in. I often serve these chicken thighs with Mexican Cauliflower Rice.

What to do with leftover chicken thighs?

I love to add my shredded chicken thighs to soups, roasted veggies or served over cauliflower rice.

What is the best seasoning for air fryer chicken thighs?

The basic, must-have seasoning for chicken thighs is poultry seasoning. It really brings out the flavors of the chicken and it’s not spicy or too overpowering.

Like your chicken spicy? Add a mix of ground red pepper, black pepper or Cajun seasoning.

Like a mild seasoning? Use lemon pepper or garlic powder instead of poultry seasoning.

These shake n bake chicken thighs are not only delicious and healthy, but they air fry in no time.

First, place your poultry seasoning into an air-tight gallon freezer bag.

With tongs, remove the thighs and add to your air fryer.

Don’t forget to spray with non-stick cooking spray (this will add a bit of crisp).

One chicken thigh without skin has about 206 calories.

How many carbs do air fryer boneless chicken thighs have?

There are no carbs in chicken. And, these thighs aren’t covered in breading, so they are very low in carbs. If you prefer breading, try our keto breadcrumbs.

These should keep up to two full days if cooked thoroughly.

Can I freeze cooked chicken thighs?

Yes, you can freeze these chicken thighs for up to 3 months in a sealed freezer bag.

I like to place mine in a bag and then into an air-tight container.

How do I make chicken thighs in oven?

To make this recipe in the oven, follow the same directions, using a non-stick pan.

You’ll want to bake at 380 degrees F for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.

To keep chicken nice and juicy, cover with aluminum foil after flipping half way through.

Sure.

If you do not have chicken thighs on hand, you can use chicken breasts for this recipe.

If the chicken breasts are large, cut in half lengthwise, then air fry.
